Who is Abercorn Towing?

We are a high quality, low cost, customer service oriented company that focuses exclusively on providing towing to individual customers and smaller shops in Savannah Georgia. Hey, that's you!

 

Other companies mix in their regular break down customers with wrecks, impounds, repos, police tows, and lots of car club calls. We cut out all of the emergency and high volume calls and focus on only one thing: Towing by appointment only.

 

By doing this we are able to afford to take the appropriate time to address any customer concerns, load and unload your vehicle carefully and properly, and provide a very accurate pick up time in an industry that notoriously runs late (Like the cable company, only worse!).

 

But wait...what if someone needs help, right now!? 

 

A lot of the times we can still help those customers, but naturally, sometimes we are already helping others. This doesn't change for other towing companies either, they simply throw high quotes at those runs and put high priority calls in front of calls that they "think" can wait, and normally everyone ends up waiting too long and paying too much. By giving an accurate pick up time, customers can decide to stay with or leave their car instead of waiting for hours on the side of the road for a company that keeps saying "we're almost there!", or worse, they simply cancel hours later with a lame excuse because they overbooked.

We believe that honesty is the best policy, allowing our customers to make the best informed decision for their situation based on the timing available.
